Another common oral surgery treatment we offer is placement of dental implants. A dental implant is a small titanium post that is placed in the jawbone to serve as a new tooth root. Once the implant has healed, an artificial tooth (crown) is placed on top of it. Dental implants are an effective and long-lasting solution for missing teeth.
